Forty years of franchise law practice, over 400 franchise systems. Almost every industry category of product and service franchises. That experience, together with serving as a director on the boards of several prominent franchise companies, and a member of the boards of directors and executive committees of the Canadian Franchise Association and the International Franchise Association have given Frank has deep knowledge and understanding of the business aspects of franchising.
He now melds his legal and business experience to serve as a strategic business advisor to franchise systems, particularly with respect to structuring, growth and relationship matters.
Frank is prepared to serve as a member of a franchisor’s board of directors, a franchisor advisory board, a franchise advisory committee, or simply as a strategic advisor. He also has experience in serving as an executive director of franchisee associations, and is prepared to undertake a similar assignment.
